Moat House Business Quarter

The Moat House Business Quarter is located in the North East of Coventry with good proximity to the major road links of the M6 and M69.
The quarter is made up of three mature industrial estates spread across a three mile radius in the areas of Aldermans Green, Deedmore and Henley Green.

The focal point of the quarter is the Moat House Business Centre which is located just off Dutton Road on the Aldermans Green Industrial Estate. This boasts a variety of executive class facilities with everything you need to run your business under one roof, ranging from serviced offices from 300 – 1200 sq ft to workshops from 500 to 1200 sq ft. The centre is completed with a spacious 8000 sq ft warehouse facility.

The three estates which make up the quarter are, Aldermans Green Industrial Estate, Alpha Business Park and Henley Industrial Estate.
